Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Yellow Scorpion order. If something isn't right, here's how to return it.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Returned items must reach us within 14 days of your return being approved.

Condition

Items must be returned:

Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition with all tags attached
Free from marks, stains, fragrance or any signs of use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions.

Items we can't accept

We cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale.

How to return an order

Email us at Yellow.scorpion25@hotmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
We'll send return instructions and the return address.
Package your items securely and post them back within 14 days of approval.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return postage in full.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and check the items, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a few extra working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at Yellow.scorpion25@hotmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
